To make a purchase, start by selecting the category that interests you in order to view the products within that category. When you find a product you would like to buy, click to add it to your shopping cart. You can then either check out or continue shopping / adding additional items to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, go the check out and follow the steps for payment.

Order Fulfillment and Delivery

Upon receipt of full payment, orders are usually fulfilled within 24 hours, and most arrive within another 24-72 hours, depending on the delivery location within the United States.

Orders are shipped door to door by the US Postal Service unless otherwise specified. During Sale periods, delivery may take an additional few days due to the higher volume of orders.

Orders totaling $65.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under $65 will ship at standard shipping rates, regardless of the number of items.

Payment Methods and Security

Payment can be made with VISA, MasterCard, a Debit Card, or by electronic funds transfer (EFT). All payments are processed with secure encryption and 3D verification by Sage to ensure your personal details are protected. Please note that only 3D enabled cards can be used to place online orders.

Orders will only be dispatched once payment is made in full. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Packaging

Each order is securely packaged and handled with care by our courier company. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order if there is any damage to the items inside the package.

Important Delivery Information

• We require someone be available to receive and sign for the order upon delivery. Please provide a suitable address where someone will be available—whether at home or at work.
• We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been shipped.
• If delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, a second shipping fee will be charged to ship the package a second time.

• We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances, which may cause your delivery to be late, including natural disasters, strikes, and any other reasons beyond our control.
• We do not take responsibility for orders being accepted by another recipient when you have provided an incorrect address. Please be sure to double-check your address after typing it, to ensure there are no typos, missing information, or transcribed numbers.

Unfulfilled Orders

We pride ourselves on keeping an up-to-date computerized inventory of all items stocked, in order to minimize the risk of an advertised item being unavailable. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified by email and your payment will be refunded if the transaction has been already processed. When possible and agreeable to you, we will do our best to offer you an alternate product.

Order Cancellation

We endeavor to package and ship purchases as soon as possible after you place your order, and will only accept a cancellation if we receive written notice (by email) of your intention to cancel—*before* the item(s) have been packaged and shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. As per our Return Policy, we only offer refunds on damaged or faulty items.

Return Policy

In the event your items arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately (with photos of both the shipping box and the damaged contents) so we can address this with our shipping company. We are happy to provide you with a refund or replacement upon proof of damage.
